Today, the company has evolved into a multidisciplinary engineering and project management firm serving residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors across Nigeria.
Formally incorporated in August 2018 under RC 1515209 with the Corporate Affairs Commission, GSIN combines the on-site accountability of a registered contractor with the documentation standards of a project management consultancy — delivering every project on schedule, within budget, and with a complete paper trail from groundbreaking to handover.
Headquartered in Ikeja, Lagos, GSIN has delivered projects from the ground up across Lagos State and Kano State, and collaborated on major commercial developments with specialist partners including Metalum Limited.
